This great event for LEGO lovers is back VIRTUALLY this year!! What a great (FREE!) way to inspire some creative building! This would also be a great project to work on during colder days, especially if you have a lot of new LEGO in your house post-holidays.
Now through the end of January 2021 the Hampton Roads Naval Museum is having their 10th Annual Brick-By-Brick LEGO Shipbuilding Event! There are TWO ways to enter!
2021 Virtual LEGO Event: Submissions due by 5pm on January 31, 2021
Competition 1: Build a Ship at Home
To participate in this competition, build a ship at home with your own Legos! Be creative—your ship can take any design you want.
How to participate: When you finish building, take a photo or short video of you with your ship and send it to HRNMed@gmail.com along with your registration form. Find the registration form and rules HERE.
How are ships judged? Ships will be judged based on three criteria: creativity, aesthetics (looks), and originality. You can build any kind of ship you want!
Who can participate? There will be three age categories:
- Ages 0-5

- Ages 10-15
What do I get if I win? A Lego gift card!
